BUTLER COUNTY SQUIRREL HUNT

This event is being hosted by Tomas Heidenwirth of North Butler Pheasants Forever, Chris Holthaus,  Pass It On - Outdoor Mentors, Inc, and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. This hunt is open to 5 hunters. All youth must be hunter education certified.

AGE OF YOUTH: 11 years or age- 18 years of age

NUMBER OF HUNTERS: 5

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Hunters must have Hunters Education Certificate

WHAT TO EXPECT: This is a public land Squirrel Hunt with dogs. Upon arrival to Tomas's home, volunteer mentors will lead introductions, lead a safety talk, discuss the plans of the hunt, and answer any questions youth hunters might have.
