Pass It On – Outdoor Mentors is committed to serving youth in the outdoors the best that we can. One new component of of this completing background checks on all of our volunteer mentors.

Follow this link and complete a background check that is done through a private and secured 3rd party, Data Source. We are conducting background checks to comply with our insurance. No private information from this check is shared with us. We get a Pass/Fail from Data Source in regards to your background check. This background check costs approximately $25. We will cover the cost (you will have the option of covering the cost).
